General Meetings

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Wyld Networks AB is the company’s highest decision-making body, where shareholders exercise their rights to make decisions on key corporate matters. The AGM is held annually, no later than six months after the end of the financial year. In addition, Extraordinary General Meetings (EGMs) may be convened when required.
